1EZ Dip Dipping tray for applying Stays Black patina for zinc channel. Made from 100% polypropylene and all hand machine welded together. Using this tray will produce a even, efficent and safe application of Stays Black color be dipping into the patina for up to 40 seconds. Will not tip over.
It works best by dipping your zinc channel into the Stays Black instead of wiping. See Video Link . No chemical will ever stain this material, polypropylene 100% and all hand machine welded together. Will last a life time of use. Are built when ordered and may take up to 14 days to ship after payment has been made.
The small size is, 3 1/4"wd X 4"hg X 25"lg inside opening. Would require (1)- 8oz bottles in order to dip into a 1/2"dp of patina onto the zinc channel of your window edging or channel. Weighs 6 lb.
The large size is, 3 1/4"wd X 4"hg X 36 1/2"lg inside opening. Would require (2)- 8oz bottles in order to dip into a 1/2"dp of patina onto the zinc channel of your window edging.
